I began Sparta-FC with the passion of a player, but through the eyes of a coach. 

As a youngster playing club hockey in Canada, it was understood early on that to take your game to the next level, it required year round training. That's how I discovered soccer, my means of conditioning for hockey over the off season. However, all that got turned upside down as I quickly discovered the speed of hockey had conditioned my eyes and mind to react more quickly to plays unfolding on the pitch, and before I knew it, I found quick success and a soccer player was born...

My emphasis on training and conditioning (influenced by the game of hockey) ingrained an aggressive approach which in turn contributed to a successful soccer career. This "conditioning" as a young player instilled the warrior principles that have transcended into what is Sparta-FC today.

Sparta-FC is about cross training like an athlete, practicing like a pro and always working to perform at your peak. At Sparta-FC we develop the players that step onto our turf by incorporating everything our facility has to offer, from certified professional trainers who instill active isolmentrics and plyometrics, dynamic strength and stability enhancement, weight training, elliptical conditioning, swimming, as well as all the eminities a health club offers; hot tubs, steam room, sauna... And then there's our professional level soccer modules and state of the art equipment. Premier League machinery such as Ball Launcher, a football machine that supercharges the way players visualize the game. Firing not only precise and realistic deliveries, but exposing players to varying velocities and trajectories, reinforcing reactionary speeds as well as composure under pressure.

At Sparta-FC we're about innovative diversity, while ripping the lid off the way you view soccer. I mean, sure training is repetitive, but at Sparta-FC it's anything but boring!
