We first diagnose weakness, then develop a program which focuses upon making the player comfortable with being uncomfortable. 

At Sparta-FC we're not looking for the hobby player looking to play soccer, we're looking for passionate individuals who are looking to identify weaknesses and developing upon them. Our focus is an ambidextrous approach to every touch, while instilling a view to the game through various athletic mindsets (hockey, basketball, lacrosse, tennis...), thinking on our feet~ The "What if's?", "What next?", "Am I in a supporting position?", "Am I in a shooting position?"...  

At Sparta-FC we also introduce innovative tools like the Ball Launcher from England, professional Physical Trainers, and insights from coaches who have competed at a professional level.
