KEEPER TRAINING

Working on your keeper essentials, from protecting your goal to protecting yourself. We work on the basics, coming off your line, positioning, handling, throws, punts, drop kicks, keeper vocals... Developing beginners to advanced keepers, while utilizing Ball Launcher @ various deliveries at varying speeds. Keepers are able to work on their ability to adjust quickly to the speed of the game as well as the power of the shot. 

Training is conducted at the Manchester Athletic Club and all scheduled requested should be emailed to lsavlen@macbythesea.com
