THURSDAY Group Training Sessions G5 through G8 @ the MAC (6 Sessions)

Group session training provided with Coach Lou and a host of talented coaches begins at the Manchester Athletic Club this coming year, beginning Thursday, January 9th.

Grade 5th through Grade 8th  looking to develop their foot skills, trapping, shooting, first touch, skill moves, as well as movement without the ball in small sided scrimmages.

Indoor training with the new Ball Launcher from England, the latest way pro player train, repetition delivery and variations in delivery speeds. Witness the techniques and equipment which no other clinic provides, right here in the North Shore.

Sparta-FC has teamed with Ball Launcher to provide players the experience of training like the pros.  The Ball Launcher allows players the opportunity to develop skills with accurate deliveries over multiple times, until the skill is developed. Then we speed it up... Precise repetition allows players the opportunity to work everything from a first touch, traps, one timer, header, volleys, right down to replicating shot for goalie training...

Develop proper mechanics and achieve those 10,000 touches in a much shorter time. Come train like the pros!
