THURSDAY Group Training Sessions G9 through G12 @ the MAC (6 Sessions)

Group session training provided with Coach Lou and a host of talanted coaches begins at the Manchester Athletic Club this coming year, starting Thursday, January 9th.

Grade 9 through Grade 12. High School players looking to develop their foot skills, trapping, shooting, first touch, repertoire of skill moves, movement without the ball, field IQ. Indoor training with the new Ball Launcher from England, the latest way pro players train, repetition delivery with variations in speed. Witness the techniques and equipment which no other clinic provides, right here in the North Shore.

Sparta-FC has teamed with Ball Launcher to provide players the experience of training like the pros.  The Ball Launcher allows players the opportunity to develop skills with accurate deliveries over multiple times, until the skill is developed. Then once you get comfortable, we speed things up! Precise repetition allows players the opportunity to work everything from a first touch, traps, one timer, header, volleys, right down to replicating a variety of shots for goalie training... ALL ON A BRAND NEW TURF!
